Jax: I wrote a song called ‘Victoria’s Secret’

In 2022, artist JAX released the song “Victoria’s Secret” to spotlight the misogynistic founding of the popular women’s undergarment brand of the same name. Her lyrics point out some of the harmful stereotypes and unrealistic body standards that  women feel pressured to accept.  The song debuted on many top 100 charts across the world and was well received for its body positive message. In this video, Jax organizes a “flash mob” in front of a Victoria’s Secret store.
