What the “sex talk” looks like now

This is a clip from Comedy Central’s Alternatino with Arturo Castro, a sketch show based on Castro’s experiences as a Latine millennial in the United States. The video starts with a father trying to initiate a conversation about sex before his teenage son leaves for a homecoming dance. To his surprise, his son insists their conversation include different gender identities, sexual orientations, and consent, all of which he learned about in a health class at school. The father is so overwhelmed by the complexities in sex and gender his son is bringing up that he abandons “the talk” altogether and sends his son off.
